Achieve Independence OT is growing practice based in Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We work with our clients in their home across all local suburbs in our region.

Achieve Independence OT is led by Sarah Doggen, a qualified Occupational Therapist with more than 10 years of proven, practical experience in providing compliant solutions for Older Adults, Adults, and Teens with varied disabilities and diagnoses seeking independence. Sarah offers essential industry skills spanning both the assessment and prescription of Assistive Technology and daily living equipment, to improving people’s independence when carrying out their normal daily routine with confidence.

With extensive knowledge, practical experience and skill in the areas of home modifications, Assistive Technology and daily living equipment, Sarah offers her clients tailored assessments, guidance and advice on the best modifications for an individual’s unique situation to improve personal safety, independence and reduce the risk of injury. This can range from installing simple handrails, to more complex bathroom adaptations, stair-lifts or alterations to the home for access for wheelchair users.
